STRUCTURE:
Participants are placed in a small group "circle" consisting of six to eight individuals.
MEETINGS:
Circles will meet virtually once each month for one hour for 6 consecutive months in roundtable format. Meetings will take place at the same time and day each month; determined by circle members.
i.e.: the third Tuesday of each month at 11:00 a.m.
TIMING:
Meetings take place the third week of each monthwill be scheduled at a consistent, mutually agreed upon time to accommodate the circle's availability.
CONSISTENCY:
Participants will meet with the same circle members each month, fostering a strong sense of community, network, and shared learning.
ORIENTATION:
To ensure a successful program experience, an orientation session will provide an overview of the program specifics, set expectations, establish guidelines, and provide the ability for participants to ask questions.
The orientation session will be recorded and made available to anyone who is not able to attend the session live.
FACILITATION:
During orientation, each circle member will sign up to facilitate one of the meetings, giving each person a chance to practice meeting facilitation.
